Описание: Jason Westin, MD, FACP, University of Texas MD Anderson Center, Houston, TX, discusses the Phase II Smart Stop study (NCT04978584) of lenalidomide, rituximab, tafasitamab, and acalabrutinib (LTRA) alone or with CHOP in treatment-naïve patients with non-germinal center (non-GCB) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Patients will receive four cycles of LTRA and will subsequently either receive chemotherapy or no further treatment. The trial aims to build on the Smart Start trial (NCT02636322) and demonstrate the efficacy of chemotherapy-free regiments in DLBCL. This interview took place at the 63rd ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition congress in Atlanta, GA.
