A hurling practical session incorporating S&C for players aged U6 and U8. Areas covered include warm-up, speed development (running technique), skill development (hurling) and strength development.
Session delivered by Eoghan Gribbin and James Darragh. Eoghan is an Ulster GAA DENI schools coach and a Coach Education Tutor. He is also qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist. James Darragh is an Ulster GAA DENI schools coach and holds a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning.
