Tops Cebu is one of the most popular tourist attraction in Busay, Cebu City, Philippines. It's an observation deck with a 360° panoramic view overlooking Cebu city and its surrounding areas.
Entrance fee here is P100.00/ head. And if you wanna climb up to the SKY, you have to pay an additional P50.00/ head.
This is located at the top of Busay hills which is 40 minutes away from city proper.
They have bars, restaurants, small stores & souvenir shops here. We tried their ice cream here & it was delish!
