ingredients:-
1 bunch Bathua
1/2 bunch Fenugreek
salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp carrom seeds
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 cube butter
1/2 cup gram flour
4 cup wheat flour
water
.200 ml curd
boondi
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black salt
green chilli
fresh coriander
