salt 1 teaspoon
sugar powder 1 teaspoon
Ghee 1 tablespoon
oil for frying


Aloo dum

Midum size boiled potato 7 pice
oil as required
turmaric powder 1/2 teaspoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
green peas 1/4 cup

spices

cumine seeds 1/2 teaspoon
hing powder 1/2 teaspoon
bey leaf 1 pice
loung 4 -5 pice
hari ilaichi 4 - 5 pice
red chill 1 pice
dal chini 1 inch
coriander powder 1 tablespoon
turmaric powder 1/2 teaspoon
kashmiri red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
pink salt 1/2 teaspoon
garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
fresh curd 1/2 cup
cashews 10-12 pice
salt 1 teaspoon
sugar 1 teaspoon
Ghee 1 tablespoon
green chilli 4 pice
water 1/4 cup
