हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीशों को उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के बुलडोज़र जस्टिस से बड़ी तकलीफ़ हो रही है। उन्हें लग रहा है कि यह बुलडोज़र जस्टिस न्याय प्रणाली पर भारी पड़ रहा है। वरना क्या कारण है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस को मॉरीशस में जातकों कहना पड़ रहा है कि दुनिया के सबसे बड़े जनतंत्र न्याय का शासन चलता है बुलडोज़र का नहीं। उनके कहने से यह निष्कर्ष निकलता है कि बुलडोज़र जस्टिस न्याय प्रशासन से अलग है । आख़िर बुलडोज़र जस्टिस से इतनी परेशानी क्यों । क्या इसलिए कि आम लोगों का उस पर भरोसा बढ़ता जा रहा है और क़ानून के कथित प्रशासन से भरोसा उठता जा रहा है।
