So when of the biggest things I felt as a new mum was this feeling of being a imposter - I wasn't good enough to be a parent.
No matter how many times someone told me how great I was at being a mum, I always felt like my children needed someone better and I wasn't enough.
I still feel like that occasionally but now, using these basis technique, I'm experiencing the feeling less and less.
