TUTORIAL: Mermaid Vibes (ft. Jouer Cosmetics) ♥

Описание: Okay. So.. I went really crazy with the glow in this tutorial. #sorrynotsorry I just feel extra mermaid-ish with lots of highlighter. Glimmering under the sun and the blue waters. I wanted to do a look that was out of my comfort zone, and that was still wearable. This look has some tones of pink and blue in it. BTW, the colors and pigments in this palette is AMAZING!! It is a very simple look, and is perfect for summer. I mainly used items from Jouer Cosmetics for the eyes and lips. Also did a lil glitter topcoat that I got from Wet n Wild for 99c. And yes, I used 3 layers of highlighter for my cheekbones cause I'm #extra like that. Hope you enjoy! x
