Описание: How do you cancel Zelle payment using a Chase app? Chase Bank allows you to cancel Zelle payments on its mobile app. First, take your phone and open the Chase mobile app. Next, log into your account using your username and password. Tap Sign In. After logging on to the dashboard of your Chase app, you can see a list of your accounts and balances. At the bottom, there is a menu. In the menu, find the “Pay and Transfer” button. Tap on it. On the Pay and Transfer screen, find the “See Activity” button. Tap on the button. In the bottom-up dialog, select “Bill Pay and Zelle.” On the “Bill pay and Zelle” screen, you can see scheduled and completed transactions. Zelle transactions have tiny Zelle signs. Tap on the payment that you want to cancel. You can cancel only pending transfers. On the next screen, you can see the payment, which is “Pending Acceptance.” Tap on the transaction. On the next screen, you should see payment details. At the very bottom, you can see the button “Cancel Payment.” Tap on the button. It shows a confirmation dialog where you can confirm cancellation. Tap on the red button “Cancel payment.” Next, you should see confirmation that payment has been canceled. Keep in mind that completed Zelle payments cannot be canceled.
