That includes getting bashed for unnecessary things that do not have anything to do with her talent –– like gaining weight. In this unusual diet that she revealed in 2013, IU lost 5kgs in 5 days.

Her popularity also took a toll on her mental health, and she also experienced eating disorders. Luckily, IU was able to get advice from professionals. Later on, she started eating well and living a healthier lifestyle with yoga.
