Our day at Green Dragon Eco Farm provided plenty of fun and learning, surrounded by nature, play options and animals, including rare breeds and wildlife. It's a great day out for for children of all ages.

There's so many animals to see on the farm visit - Alpaca, Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Pigs, Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys, Geese...even a few donkeys! The goats were especially hungry, so we made sure to stop by and feed them.

In the Pet's Corner there's an incredible selection of amazing animals to learn about - frogs, spiders, snakes, ferrets, giant snails, chameleons, stick insects and so much more. Ollie was not keen on the locusts...

There's plenty of time for play too - there's a fleet of pedal go karts, two massive bouncy pillows to jump on, and a brilliant play park with sections to climb, traverse and slide down.

At the end of the farm visit, we stopped at Farmer Christmas Land - a special surprise for Ollie as we were visiting just before Christmas. Ollie met some reindeer, and some friendly elves that helped him send his Christmas wishes to the North Pole. And you'll never guess who was hiding inside the big red tractor..... yes, the jolly man himself, Father Christmas was there to greet Ollie!

We had a fantastic time on our visit to Green Dragon Eco Farm, and will definitely be back for another tour soon!
