It's been a really special competition season with last year getting cut short by COVID. Getting to be back on stage this year has been so much fun, but sadly the season is coming to a close. This solo has been everything. I love my teacher Nicole Smith so much and think we make a dynamic duo. She just gets me you know?
This was recoded at Hollywood Vibe in Garden Grove, CA on May 21, 2001, the last regional of the season. But rather than just post the performance, I thought I'd share a little bit of the work that went into learning the dance.
