I made this video just to show how the creative minds at Bethesda are the best. One of the most criticized things about Bethesda RPGs, especially Fallout 4 and Starfield, is the use of environmental filters in the game's visuals. Many players, especially newer ones, just want to see games without filters or with filters that make the image always look like a sunny summer day.
In Bethesda RPGs, weather conditions vary throughout the day. There's often some kind of fog or dust in the air, just like in the atmosphere in real life, even on the sunniest days. In this video, we see a clear night in Diamond City, perhaps the clearest night I've ever seen in this settlement set inside an old sports stadium. It's these atmospheric variations throughout the day that make Bethesda RPGs seem like real games. That's also why some players don't like these games! They don't want games that look real, they want games that look like... PC games.
Video recorded with the Nvidia App. The processor was a 9800X3D and the graphics card was an RTX 5090. The resolution I played and recorded this game at was 8K (7680x4320), and it was also at this resolution that I uploaded this video to YouTube, the channel that, for about a year now, has refused to make available in 8K almost all the videos I upload in that resolution. Sorry!
Have fun!
