Recipe
It is so easy and delicious that you can cook this quick breakfast every day!
3 eggs
Break them in a bowl
Salt, black pepper and paprika
Mix well
10 g parsley
10 g spring onions
30 g mozzarella cheese
Mix well
Medium heat
Dip the bread in the egg mixture
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Turn over and fry for another 2 minutes
