Add Custom Notification Sound On Google Pixel 8 / Pixel 8 Pro:

Step 1: You'll need an audio file that's saved on your device. Make sure the sound you want to use is on your Pixel 8 or Pixel 8 Pro. The best way to do this is to download custom tones or sounds from sites like pixabay.com.

Also make sure you take note of where the file will be saved after the download.

Step 2: Open the Settings app on your Google Pixel 8 or Pixel 8 Pro. Scroll down and select "Sound & vibration".

Step 3: Once in the "Sound & vibration" menu, look for an option like "Default notification sound". Tap on it to access the list of available options and select "My Sounds".

Step 4: To add a custom notification sound, tap on the "+" icon in the bottom-right corner. This will open the Files app on your Pixel 8. Navigate to the folder where your custom notification sound is saved and select it.
