Very easy to make & tasty
Even beginners can make
Ingredients:
To marinate fish:
Pomfret/ Vanjaram/ Koduva fish - ½kg
Chilly powder - 4tsp(adjust according to your taste)
Coriander powder - 2tsp
Turmeric powder - little
Rice powder -3-4tsp
Lemon - 1 (take juice)
Salt to taste
After marination, Keep in refrigerator for 2-3hours
To make Masala:
Shallots - 25nos - cut into half
Tomatoes - 3nos
Green chilly - 3-4nos
Coriander leaves - 1 handful
Mint leaves - ½ handful
Curry leaves - little
Garlic - 7-8 cloves(smashed)
Salt to taste
Chilly powder if required
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl & saute it. Cover & Cook it for 10min in low flame & add the fried fish to it.
