In today’s video, I’m taking some time to reflect on how my December goals went — what worked, what didn’t, and what I learned along the way. As we head into January, I’m setting new goals with a strong focus on health, balance, and giving myself plenty of grace as I ease into the new year.
I’m also sharing a random mix of current favorites — little things I’ve been loving lately that are bringing comfort, joy, or just making everyday life feel a bit better. This video is all about resetting gently, letting go of perfection, and moving forward with intention.
