2024 Mariachi Festival included winners of the National Youth Mariachi Vocalist Competition. Kaylee Bucio was the winner of the Middles School Category. She is 13-years old and is a resident of West Jordan, Utah.
Kaylee is a gifted young lady not only with her singing, but also designs her own dresses. She is a natural when it comes to performing in front of large crowds. She has performed at various professional sports games. She is studying opera and acting.
This 3-day mariachi festival includes performances by some of best mariachi and ballet folklorico groups in Texas. Other winners of the National Youth Mariachi Vocalist Competition included: Alessandra Gutierrez (elementary school category), Reina Ley (high school category), and Isabella Gonzalez (high school category).
