The following are some common causes of the error code:
• A blocked filter screen
• A clogged drain pump

Now, let’s look at the best solutions to fix the error:
Clean the drain filter
• Power down the appliance and disconnect its Mains supply.
• Open the pump filter access door at the bottom left of the machine's front panel.
• Remove the filter from its slot by unscrewing it anticlockwise. Before unscrewing, place a towel or trap container beneath the filter to trap residual water.
• Use a brush to thoroughly clean the filter, rinse with clean water, and set it aside to air dry.
• Clean the filter slot before screwing the filter back in place.

Assess the pump
• Examine the pump impeller and confirm that it is functioning well. Remove any items blocking it from spinning if necessary.
Run maintenance cleaning cycles regularly to avoid extensive deposition in the drain channel, causing blockages.
