How to:
For this tutorial I used 3 nail polish colours, a nail art brush and a dotting tool. I use a nail art brush to drag the colours, but you can use a toothpick or a sewing needle.
Apply a base coat
Paint your nails one coat of white
Add a 2nd coat of white (but one nail at a time)
Without letting the nail polish dry using a dotting tool make a blue dot and a lilac dot in each side of the blue dot
Using a nail art brush drag from the middle dot towards to one side and then to the other side
Repeat these three steps after each nail (optional: change the colours order, the middle dot is lilac and the other two dots blue)
Apply a top coat

Essence - Extreme Hardener (Base Coat)
Cien - French Look Tip-Whitener (White)
Kiko - 383 Oil Blue (Blue)
Kiko - 076 Pearly Lavender (Lilac)
Essence - Extreme Gel Gloss (Top Coat)
