NS 8103 the Norfolk & Western Heritage Unit GEVO leads 3 BNSF GE’s on northbound BNSF intermodal QROBCHI heading for Illinois! A NS heritage unit leading in South Texas?!?!?! I’ll take this any day of the week! This is only my second NS heritage unit I’ve ever seen leading before. I had missed this train in Calallen, so I had to run him down all the way out here. There wasn’t any other crossings close, so I couldn’t sadly chase him to catch him again. I’m just glad I was able to get him leading and in daylight for that matter. This is something that we may not ever see down here again. Recorded on the UP Brownsville Sub in McFaddin, Texas on 4/21/2022.
