Join Carole and follow along for her intense full body calorie burn workout. This workout helps you to burn lots of calories and build muscle.

You don't need any equipment.

This workout does not include a warm-up or cooldown, make sure to warm-up before the workout a cool down after!

🏋️‍♀️ This workout consists of 4 rounds. In each round we perform one cardio exercise for 20 / 40 / 60 second. In-between we perform different dynamic HIIT exercises for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest.
