The 40 Bags in 40 Days Challenge is designed to be a supportive body doubling tool, especially for times when I can’t be there to help you in person each day. Simply turn on a video—daily, every other day, or at whatever pace works for you—and we’ll spend just five minutes together decluttering five items. That’s it!
Although the challenge was originally filmed during Lent, you can start anytime - it’s flexible and meant to fit your life, not the calendar.
In day one of our 40 days decluttering challenge, we're spending just 5 minutes simplifying our kitchen fridge. We're sorting through leftovers, old sauce packets and snacks. We're removing trash, expired and unused items.
