Easy and Delicious Beef Bulgogi Salad!

Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi is one of my favorite items! The tender beef is so flavorful with a salty umami combined with a sweet almost teriyaki like flavor. I’ve used it to make tacos but today I was feeling a salad and let me tell you, I will be saving this recipe.

Ingredients
Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi (prepared stove top)
Lettuce
Red onion sliced thin
Sugar snap peas chopped
1/2 avocado sliced
Dressing: combo of olive oil and Yuzu hot sauce.
Finish with Cilantro

Prepare beef bulgogi according to package. While it cooks add all the ingredients to a bowl. Top with cooked bulgogi and drizzle dressing and cilantro.
