Public Assurance Meetings are one of the primary mechanisms by which the PCC meets his statutory responsibility to hold the Chief Constable to account. The meetings focus on the performance of Lincolnshire Police and provide assurance regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of policing services.
This recording of the meeting provides the opportunity for the public to observe the discussions between the Police and Crime Commissioner and the Chief Constable of Lincolnshire Police. Some minor editing of the footage was necessary due to a couple of technical problems that occurred as the meeting was being recorded.
