But first, you must be growing your own Aloe Vera plant. Again, this is quite easy to do.

Why use Aloe Vera gel?
Aloe Vera gel is used for skin care such as:
-sunburns
-burns
-moisturizing
-soothing dry irritated skin
-treats acne and psoriasis
-treats ezema
-and so forth.

Aloe Vera gels reduces inflammation and promotes healing.
Aloe Vera also has anibacterial and antioxidant properties.

Aloe Vera can also be used for:
-digestive issues (First seek mediacl advice on this for yourself.)
-oral health
-hair conditionaing and growth
-personal lubricant (Many people may be sensitive or allergic to commercial products in the market.)
-immune booster


Notes:
-Only take one or two leaves at a time from your plant. (Otherwise the plant will suffer and maybe die.)
I like to harvest only the baby plants. This allows the main plant to place all it's energy into only the main plant.
-Oxidized Aloe Vera gel has lost it's health benefits. Freshly harvested Aloe Vera gel is the best to use for health benefits.
-Commercial Aloe Vera has added "stuff" in it that can cause issues. The Aloe Vera gel it self is enough for health benefits!
-Commerical Aloe Vera has been on the shelf for "How long???" Harvest your own and the Aloe Vera gel is maybe 5 minutes old.
