Recipe for the steamed rolls: 1cup ( 130 gr) rice flour1/2 cup ( 60 gr) tapioca starch1/2 cup (75gr)/ potato starch4 cup or 1 liter / water1/2 tspsalt4 tbsp cooking oilAdditional Tips:Should mix the battle at least 5 hours before or overnight, will give you a better texture and chewier. ⭐︎I used ground pork or shrimp for the inside rolls.
