In this video, we demonstrate the process of rotary screen printing on a cylindrical plastic part — an adjustment knob.
The part is mounted on a positioning shaft with raised bosses that lock into the knob’s inner threads, ensuring accurate alignment.
A gear-and-rack system drives the shaft in perfect sync with the moving screen, preventing slippage and delivering sharp, precise prints.
After printing, the knob passes through a heating tunnel and is collected in a tray. This setup guarantees consistent quality, with every character aligned exactly where it should be.
