Join us as we set out to explore the North Carolina from it's beaches and mountains, and ending our week long road trip with a visit to the Noah's Ark experience in Kentucky. Outside of our time in the mountains, the weather was in constant heat-wave as the night temperatures struggled to dip below 80s. Needless to say, my new air conditioning set-up saved us this trip
