Описание: Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told a Tehran congress that the US military buildup "does not frighten us" and described Iranians as "a people of war, ready for war so that no one dares to fight us." Speaking two days after indirect nuclear talks in Muscat, Araghchi said there is no alternative to negotiation but insisted Iran's rights must be respected and that missile capabilities will never be subject to talks. He accused Trump of governing by a "theory of peace through force" and warned that fear and capitulation are a "deadly poison." Chief of Staff Mousavi separately warned that any strike could expand into a regional conflict, while Khamenei told Trump directly that a US-initiated war "would be regional." The US Treasury sanctioned 14 vessels and 15 entities hours after the Muscat session, and Trump set two conditions for de-escalation: "no nuclear" and "stop killing protesters."
