Refurbishing a Lenovo ThinkPad T440s in 2025

Yes, this is my first refurbishment project. This laptop is owned by my younger brother since late 2021 for studying and probably some light gaming. How filthy it has get to after nearly 4 full years of usage? (I don't know if he will replace the laptop with a newer one next year or not, so don't ask)

Apologize that I had to delete the previous version but I got effed by the music copyright (Jarico - Island) which prevent me from monetize the video (in turn wasting my 3 days of work) and since I don't want to waste time to deal with that I just replaced the music with another one.
