Описание: Muddy Waters (McKinley Morganfield) signature song.
Key of A - First Position
I have added lyrics and harmonica tabs in a way that you can sing and play the harp, rather than just comping.

"Hoochie Coochie Man"
The song was written by Willie Dixon and first recorded on January 7, 1954, in Chicago, and included;
Muddy Waters, vocals and guitar,
Jimmy Rogers on guitar,
Willie Dixon on bass,
Otis Spann on piano,
Elga Edmonds on drums.

Here are the Harmonica players that were part of Muddy's band:
-Jimmy Rogers: Played harmonica with Muddy Waters in 1946, marking the beginning of the band's early lineup.
-Little Walter (Marshall Thompson): Joined the band in 1948 and became a defining figure in Chicago blues, playing on many of Waters' classic recordings until his departure in 1952.
-Junior Wells: Played harmonica in late 1952, including on tracks like "Who’s Gonna Be Your Sweet Man" and "Iodine in My Coffee".
-Walter Horton: Played for approximately six to eight months in mid-1953.
-Henry "Pot" Strong: Played early in 1954 until his death on June 3, 1954.
-George Smith: Joined in June 1954 and played for about a year, with appearances continuing into 1955.
-Elgie "Little Sonny" Willis: Possibly played in 1956, though records are uncertain.
-James Cotton: First appeared in 1956 and became a central figure in the band, playing from 1957 through 1966.
-Isaac Washington: Hired for the 1959 United Artists LP and Muddy’s Carnegie Hall concert.
-Willie Anderson: Played for approximately one month in 1959.
-George "Mo - Jo" Buford: Joined in February 1962 and played intermittently through the 1970s, including tours and recordings.
-George Smith: Returned in July 1966 and played through late 1966.
-George Buford: Replaced Smith in 1967 and played through 1967 and into 1968.
-Birmingham Jones: Played from about March 1968 until October 1968.
-Paul Oscher: Joined in November 1968 and played through 1969, including tours and recordings.
-Carey Bell: Played from about June 1970, including tours in Sweden and England.
-George Smith: Returned in 1971 and played through the year.
-Paul Oscher: Played again in May and June 1971, including sessions with James Cotton.
-George "Mojo" Buford: Rejoined in March 1972 and played through 1973, including tours in Europe and Australia.
-Jerry Portnoy: First appeared in January 1974 and played through 1977, including tours and recordings.
James Cotton: Returned for recordings in October 1976 and August 1978.
-Paul Butterfield: Played on the "Fathers & Sons" sessions in 1969 and at a live show in November 1976, though not a permanent band member.
Walter Horton: Played again in October–November 1977, alongside Jerry Portnoy.
-George "Mojo" Buford: Played again in August 1980 and November 1981, including a performance with Junior Wells at the Checkerboard Lounge.

McKinley Morganfield (April 4, 1913 – April 30, 1983), better known as Muddy Waters,

Special thanks to
Harmonica.com and Luke Clebsch’s “Beginner to Boss” classes who helped start my Harmonica playing journey. A big shout out to Juzzie Smith and Jason Ricci and his Patreon members, Jon Gindick and his Harmonica for the Musically Hopeless really set the groundwork for my harp playing. And finally (so far) , a great thanks (again) to Will Wilde and his Ultimate Blues Harmonica Soloist course /lessons which really helped get me to the next level!

There’s so many other great Harmonica players that have helped give me inspiration to keep moving forward with a musical instrument that is so enjoyable to play - keep Harpin’!

And hey, You’re Never2old to start
