This colourful documentary examines the traditional Taoist practices taught by Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism™. The programme explores how Taoist spirituality is rooted in the cultivation of health through the transformation of the body, mind and spirit. This transformation is achieved through the Taoist Tai Chi® arts, including rituals, ceremonies, tai chi, meditation, chanting, community service and similar methods of training.
Taoist Tai Chi® arts include movements such as Tai Chi, temple activities, chanting, and volunteering. Taoist training, which develops strength, flexibility, and stillness, works on all aspects of the person to reduce stress and help us find energy, balance, and joy. The practice works deep into the body, improving circulation, and promoting well-being. It is also a form of meditation that returns the mind to stillness and clarity. In this tradition, health comes when body, mind, and spirit are one.
