Описание: The DELTA4000 is an automatic 12 kV insulation power
factor/dissipation factor (tan delta) test set designed for immediate condition assessment of electrical insulation. In addition to traditional power frequency (50/60 Hz) testing,
the DELTA4000 utilizes 1 Hz power factor/dissipation factor to enhance power frequency assessment of high voltage transformers, bushings, circuit breakers, cables, lightning arresters, and rotating machines. Using the same
connection and software as power frequency tests, 1 Hz improves maintenance planning by reducing the need for historical trending and proprietary databases. By varying frequency from 1 to 505 Hz, the DELTA4000 provides individual temperature correction (ITC) from 0 to
50 °C for power frequency and 1 Hz measurements. When
using ITC, the insulation condition of the asset under test
determines temperature correction, eliminating the need
for inaccurate temperature correction tables.
In addition to innovative insulation assessment, the
DELTA4000 can be used to measure the excitation current
of transformer windings and perform automatic tip-up
tests. With optional accessories, oil, TTR and CCVT ratio
and phase, and rotating machine testing is possible.
Utilizing PowerDB forms, the DELTA4000 guides users
through connections and tests. Individual files preserve
asset data for trending, while Microsoft Excel® export
enables import into asset management software. In
addition, PowerDB can import historical data from asset
management software or comparable insulation diagnostic
test sets, guaranteeing access to historical data. For expert
users, Delta Manual Control provides powerful diagnostic
capabilities.
