Using only fresh milk straight from the farm and lemon juice, I followed the simple traditional method our grandmothers have used for generations. It was a quiet, heartfelt experiment filled with hope, curiosity, and the joy of creating something with our own hands — especially precious in these challenging times when small victories feel like rays of light.

🍶 My First Homemade Lemon Cheese (Village-Style) – Super Easy Recipe:
• 2 liters fresh full-cream milk
• Juice of 2–3 large lemons (or enough to curdle the milk)
• Pinch of salt (optional)

Heat the milk gently until just before boiling, turn off the heat, slowly stir in the lemon juice until it curdles, let it sit 5–10 minutes, then strain through cheesecloth. Press gently and enjoy fresh — or hang to firm up!
