Описание: Fuel prices are going haywire and some say that people are "panic buying" EV cars. EV cars might be the solution but not everyone can afford it yet. Good news to commuters is that Cebu City is starting to operate the BRT and it is for Free. Some are hating the traffic that it has brought but I think now is really the perfect time to show the public about using your car less and commuting more. Let's see what happens to this.
