This demo showcases a pair of AIS ASP-1 O-ring and seal installation machines, one left-handed and one right-handed, working together to install two different rings onto four different parts using one mandrel set and zero tool changes.
The right-hand ASP-1 installs a plastic snap ring.
The left-hand ASP-1 immediately follows with an O-ring installation.
Same parts. Same mandrels. No adjustments. No downtime.
This configuration demonstrates how AIS customers can:
