The Pokemon Yellow Smeargle Race

Описание: Rules:
1. Only Smeargle in battle
Competitors must win every battle using only Smeargle (HM users cannot contribute)
If Smeargle faints you must reset or blackout
Smeargle fainting in the overworld due to poison is allowed
2. No items in battle, except Pokeballs to catch HM users and the Pokedoll to skip Marowak
3. No exploits, save states, RNG manipulation, or overworld glitches,
4. No evasion moves (except for using Mimic to copy Giovanni's Persian's Double Team)
