Follow up with additional spot welds and details with the Mini Spot Welder BL18-2k
I mention BL11 but I mean BK11.
Current known (to me ) versions of this mini Spot Welder:
Driver circuit on MCU board with only diodes and MOSFETs on mainboard:
BL19-1k - needs cap mod post diode on MCU as driver IC on MCU board
BL15-2k - unknown possibly needs cap mod
Driver circuit on main MOSFET board (not on MCU board):
BK11-1k - needs 1K to 470 Ohm resistor mod (R4) and post manufacturing bodge on trigger pin 4 check/reflux (worst version)
BL18-2k - needs 1K to 470 Ohm resistor mod, check reflux smd components on main board
BL01-2k - needs 1K to 470 Ohm resistor mod, check reflux smd components on main board (BL18-2k main board)
Driver and Batt voltage/trigger sense all on Main board, only display and MCU on small board
BJ07-1K smaller size, 4 MOSFETS, no mods, seems ok (WISE MAPLE) limited to max 30ms welds.
