This smoky twist on a cookout classic turns humble hot dogs into crispy mesquite-kissed bites that steal the show at any tailgate, campfire, or BBQ.

Ingredients:
1 pack of beef hotdogs
¼ cup honey
½ cup BBQ sauce
mustard
BBQ rub
Bear Mountain BBQ Mesquite Pellets

Steps:
Preheat your pellet grill to 300°F using Bear Mountain Mesquite pellets.
Score your hotdogs with a knife in a cross hatch pattern.

Slather hotdogs in mustard as a binder and season with your favorite BBQ rub.

Place on a wire rack and into your smoker for about 45 minutes then remove.

Cut your hotdogs into 3rds and place into a cast iron skillet along with honey and your favorite BBQ sauce.

Place back onto the smoker for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove from the smoker and enjoy!
