The KCCUK hosted the Final of the European round of the first MAL- King Sejong Institute Korean Speech Contest on 28th June 2014.
15 respective winners from 11 European heats participated in the contest. They were from Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Portugal, France, Poland, Spain, Germany and the UK. The 4 prizes were awarded to participants from the UK, France and Poland and they have won the opportunity to visit Korea this coming October to participate in the cultural experience programme.
