Follow along the recipe yo make this delicious eggless cherry and almond cake 🍒✨
1. Take 1/2 cup curd and 1/4 tsp baking powder; mix and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk 1/2 cup vegetable oil and 1 cup sugar until sugar dissolves.
3. Add curd and baking powder mixture, vanilla essence, and whisk to incorporate air into the batter.
4. Sift 1½ cups all-purpose flour and 1 tsp baking powder; gently combine.
5. Add buttermilk/milk if needed; coat cherries with flour to prevent sinking.
6. Combine cherries and almonds into the batter.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 mins.
