Описание: The BBC is facing major cuts as it looks to save £80 million over the next two years.

Hundreds of jobs are set to go, long-running programmes are being scrapped, and several TV and radio services are under review as audiences continue moving online.

The new director general and former Google exec, Matt Brittin, told staff in an email that the savings would see shows cancelled and jobs axed.
