On 12 November 2025, BSA LAW partnered with Invest Africa to host a high-level discussion at the firm’s Dubai office on how to accelerate sustainable infrastructure investment between the UAE and Africa.
Moderated by Jonathan Simpson, Partner and Head of Infrastructure at BSA LAW, the session brought together Rami Ghandour, CEO of Metito Utilities, Dr. Fadel Jaoui, Advisor at the UAE Ministry of Investment and Zineb Tamtaoui, Senior Executive Officer and Head of Middle East at Bank Of Africa.
The conversation focused on reshaping outdated views of African markets and highlighting stronger economic fundamentals and strengthening collaboration between governments local champions and global investors.
We were also honoured to be joined by H.E. Kenneth Nganga, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya to the UAE, along with Invest Africa Advisory Board Member Sanjeev Gupta.
