Atulesh Jha hailing from Prayagraj has secured All India Rank (AIR) 131 in his 5th attempt in the UPSC Civil Services Exam (CSE 2021). Atulesh as prepared for this coveted exam from his home itself . He has studied from Boys High School Prayagraj. After that he graduated from Ramjas College in Delhi. He was also selected as Assistant Commandent in the year 2017 but he did not join this post for IAS. Atulesh was student of MGP program at Forum IAS. UPSC Topper Atulesh Jha shared his preparation strategy and how he worked and achieved this success.
