Описание: I don't seem to get much time to use my wood lathe. I thought I would try to make some file handles for all the files I've had for years but have never taken the time to get handles on. I know you can buy them cheaply many places $2 - $3 each, but what's the fun in that? I had the salvaged materials at hand so the cost was $0 other than time and it was a chance to practice on the wood lathe. I'm sure those that use a wood lathe all the time will tell me how I'm doing it wrong both in technique and tool selection, but I managed to make 10 file handles of two different sizes using this method with no injuries or damaged equipment and they turned out just fine. The files are safer and more comfortable to use. Works for me!
