A few seconds and only 4-ingredient for a fluffy coffee treat!
Ingredients for (2-3 portions):
• 120 g ice cubes (4.2 oz)
• 40 g sugar (3 tbsp)
• 70 ml cold water (1/4 cup + 2 tsp)
• 8 g coffee (4 tsp)
• Cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add instant coffee, sugar, ice cubes and cold water to a mixer or blender.
2. Blend on high speed until thick.
3. Spoon the coffee foam on a cup or on top of your drink and if you like sprinkle some cocoa powder.
4. Enjoy immediately, as the foam will gradually start to separate.
