I learned the hard way that self-care is very important. The establishment of personal boundaries, learning how to say NO, & spending time on yourself are all important components of a healthy self care regimen.

The practice of journaling has literally saved my sanity. Over the years my journals have provided me a safe space in which to write about, purge & release all that bothers me, plus when good things happen I can keep a record of that as well.

Creative journaling is combined with journaling as I love to use washi tape, stickers, & decorative papers to add pretty touches of color to my journaling pages.

Spirituality is a broad subject that encompasses anything you practice that helps you to not only connect with your higher power, while focusing on the expansion & strengthening of your own innate intuition through such tools as intuitive exercises, tarot, oracle, angel & Lenormand cards, runes, using a pendulum & the importance of keeping a spiritual journal.

Coziness is emphasized. I wish for my channel to be an oasis of learning as I provide a safe peaceful oasis few of drama. This is a political-free zone.
