Former Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. on Monday night surrendered to the Philippine National Police’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) amid the Sandiganbayan Third Division’s issuance of an arrest warrant against him over an alleged P92.8 million ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan. According to a report by Super Radyo dzBB’s Rod Vega, Revilla arrived at Camp Crame in Quezon City at around 9:58 p.m. Monday. Earlier in the day, the anti-graft court’s Third Division issued an arrest warrant and HDO against Revilla and several former officials of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for malversation over an alleged ghost flood control project in Pandi.
