[Safari Week 2020] LIVE Shiny 5% Gligar after 9,698 REs in Pokemon Emerald (Win or Fail?)

What an amazing way to kick off Safari Week, Shiny 5% Gligar first phase is unbelievable. I would like to try and find a couple more 5%s in the the Emerald SZ but I am perfectly content with at least one. I really hope to see more people go for these targets, the Emerald SZ can sometimes be overlooked due to its broken RNG but it's really an amazing place to hunt. Despite Sunkern, all the targets you can get in the extensions are really great with some decent repel trick too.
